According to Microsoft's AI CEO, "Most white-collar tasks will be fully automated by AI within the next 12 to 18 months."
The question isn't whether in 12-18 months companies will have automated their marketing and sales with AI, but how fast you or your competition can adopt AI to deliver hyper-personalized, context-aware customer experiences to create a competitive advantage.
On the other hand, MIT's 2025 research found that 95% of enterprise AI pilots fail to deliver measurable business impact, and 42% of companies abandoned most of their AI initiatives in 2025 (+17% from 2024).

Most pilots fail for the same reasons, every time:
As a CEO, it sometimes feels like you have two choices: be cautious and risk being left behind by a competitor who figures it out faster, or take risks and move fast, but you are always worried you are just one incident away from a credibility problem that sets everything back. Neither is a good path.
But there is a third option: to slow down to speed up. To intentionally and systematically build systems and capabilities where AI truly scales clarity and trust, not ambiguity and chaos.
That's what this briefing is about.
